what on earth is being featured !?

I will always try my best to feature seasonally abundant ingredients. I believe this honors the cycles and equips our bodies to be in tune with the Earth’s current environment.

For fall I am featuring ; brassica family (kale, cabbage, brussels sprouts, cauliflower), legumes, pumpkin, squash, beet root, carrots and nuts.

This will change quarterly or if I link up with a farmer who has specialty seasonal feature.

My dear friend, Dr. Chris Sthultz is a professor of ecology at NAU and has a homestead here in Flagstaff. Frequently I am supplied with eggs, vegetables and chicken from his small but abundant farm.
